Youth Barista & Operations Lead
Program: Grounds for Change (G4C)

Position Type: Part-Time, Lead Trainee Role
This is a paid training program. Participants will receive a stipend upon completion of the 12 weeks of training.
Schedule:
Mon and Tues 10:00am – 12:00pm, training and planning
Wed, Thurs, Fri, 7:00 am - 10:00 am
About the Role:
The Tier 2 Youth Barista & Operations Lead is a steppingstone into leadership and advanced back-of-house operations. In this role, you will not only master barista skills but also take on additional responsibilities in data tracking, social media, and compost management. This position is designed for young adults looking to build supervisory experience, gain technical certifications, and make a tangible impact in their community through storytelling and sustainability.
